OUR SERVICES

BASIC DESIGN CONSULT

This is a two hour on-site consultation to discuss your design needs. This may include improving functionality of your space, advice on space planning and furniture recommendations, and colour consultations. We will review your goals, objectives and budget and ensure you have a clear path forward to meet your needs.

This will include:

Space planning & furniture recommendations
Colour palette selection
Lighting and flooring recommendation
Wall and window treatments suggestions
Overall design concepts

DETAILED DESIGN PACKAGE

This service includes an on-site consultation to discuss your scope of work, functional requirements and goals for your space, your design aesthetic, and your budget.

This will include:

Interior space plans and furniture placement recommendations and selection of new furniture
Colour scheme suggestions and paint selection
Selection of finishes as applicable, including flooring, tile and backsplash, cabinets, counter tops, faucets, pulls and accessories
Wall coverings and window treatments
Lighting selections
Computerized floor plans and 2D elevations to reflect design layout
Detailed vision boards for each space
Vendor sourcing and shopping lists for all items included in the design with direct links to each item for you to begin purchasing
The package will be presented to in a format for you to begin purchasing all items and completing your design.

FULL SERVICE DETAILED DESIGN PACKAGE

Completing a renovation, or taking on a new build? We will create the design concept for your space, and work with architects, contractors and all tradespeople to establish a project plan and milestones, and ensure a smooth execution of the design. Effective communication between all trades is key, and we will ensure all design details are incorporated and executed.

This will include:

Design layout including interior space plans, furniture placement recommendations and selection of new furniture
Colour scheme suggestions and paint selection
Selection of finishes as applicable, including flooring, tile and backsplash, cabinets, counter tops, faucets, pulls and accessories
Wall coverings and window treatments
Lighting selections
Computerized floor plans and 2D elevations to reflect design layout
Creation of lighting plan
Project management and coordination for all contractors and trades
Detailed vision boards outlining the design concept
Vendor sourcing spreadsheet for all items included in the design tracking to your budget
Personal shopping to source all finishes, fixtures, materials and items specified in the design concept

E-DESIGN SERVICE

We are often approached by clients outside of our service area. E-Design is a great option that allows us to design your space remotely! This service includes a phone consultation to discuss your scope of work, functional requirements and goals for your space, your design aesthetic, and your budget. You will be required to take detailed measurements and photographs of the space (we will walk you through this!).

We complete your design to include:

Interior space plans and furniture placement recommendations and selection of new furniture
Colour scheme suggestions and paint selection
Wall coverings and window treatments
Lighting selections
Computerized floor plans and 2D elevations to reflect design layout and furniture placement
Detailed vision boards for each space
Vendor sourcing and shopping lists for all items included in the design with direct links to items for you to begin purchasing your items
This will be emailed to you, and we will have a subsequent phone call to review the details. You can then begin purchasing your items and completing your new design!

OUR PROCESS

On-site consultation

We will meet to discuss your design needs, goals and objectives, and budget and determine the overall scope of the project.

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

We will provide you with a summary of the scope, goals & objectives, and budget for your project for your review and approval. This will finalize the scope of work, objectives, timelines, budget and overall design aesthetic. This will set the direction for the overall design concept.

DESIGN CREATION AND PRESENTATION

We will then begin your design. If this is a renovation project or a new construction project, we will create project plans, and meet with applicable trades to review floor plans, elevation drawings and lighting plans. The design will be completed specifying all selections for finishes, fixtures, furniture and accessories. These will be presented to you using a combination of samples, images floor plans.

IMPLEMENTATION

If we are working with you on a Full Service Detailed Design Package, once you have approved the design we will begin sourcing items within your design, and executing to your overall project plan. We will work with all trades to ensure effective communication and completion of your design.
